I had always wanted to thank my mother for being who she is with a wonderful tour of her favorite country, Italy. I knew I wanted her to have the best experience ever and I would have to plan everything so nothing could go wrong. I also wanted her to experience Italy with the freedom of traveling solo....,but not alone. Of course I wanted to join my mother on her tour, but I knew it would be best for her to have complete freedom from having to worry about anyone, but herself. I began to converse with Shahla through email. This whole job of picking a tour was nerve wracking, as I was about to send my mother off to another country almost half way around the world. When I spoke to Shahla on the phone I knew she would be the tour guide I would choose. Shahla made setting up the tour with her very easy. She helped me along the way and was never too busy to answer my questions. I could hear her sincerity and willingness to help with anything I wanted and needed to know.
Finally the day came, my mother arrived in Italy. It was early in the morning and I had told my mother to send me a message so that I knew she had arrived safely. The very first message she sent was "I am in Rome. The tour guide (Shahla) is very nice." I was relieved and knew her tour would be great.
When my mother arrived back home she was exhausted by the flight, but looked very beautiful. She looked rejuvenated. I was so happy to see that the trip had done her well. This is no doubt due to her wonderful tour guide.
My mom had nothing but kind words to say about Shahla. My mother is very precious to me and Shahla took very good care of her while in Italy. She has truly made me very happy. I thank you again Shahla for the experience you provided for my mother.
